Muscle Mashed Potatoes

Enjoy a famous holiday side dish the healthy way!
Muscle Mashed Potatoes
1 lb red skinned potatoes
¼ cup reduce fat butter
¼ cup almond milk
1 scoop Core Vanilla protein powder
Salt and pepper to taste (use Mrs. Dash for low sodium)
Directions: Place potatoes in large pot, Cover with water and boil for 15 minutes or until they easily fall of a fork. Drain water, and mask the potatoes in the pot. Add, butter, milk protein powder and mix thoroughly.
