VITAMIN E (d-alpha tocopheryl sucinate with beta, gamma, and delta tocoperol) – Excellent for circulation, is an antioxidant and protects red blood cells. It is useful in tissue repair, pms, and treating fibrocystic breasts. It helps reduce blood pressure and slows down cellular aging. Vitamin E is only stored in the body for a short time. Alpha-tocopherol is the most effective type of Vitamin E. It supports the activity of Vitamin A. It also provides more energy to the blood by supplying oxygen.
VITAMIN B1 (thiamin mononitrate) – Helps with the production of hydrochloric acids that are needed for digestion. Enhances circulation and aids carbohydrate metabolism. It aids in the treatment of shingles and improves mental attitude.

VITAMIN B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride, pyridoxal 5 phosphate)– This is important for your physical and mental health. Pyridoxine helps with water retention and helps maintain the sodium and potassium balance in the body. Aids in digestion and helps the immune system. Pyridoxine reduces the formation of cholesterol around the heart muscle. Helps in preventing kidney stones and pms. A deficiency is linked to carpal tunnel.
FOLIC ACID – This is necessary for energy production. It aids in protein metabolism and the formation of red blood cells. It also helps to improve lactation. Good for preventing parasites in the intestinal tract.
PANTOTHENIC ACID (d-calcium pantothenate) – Recommended for glaucoma, aids in healing, fights infection. Called the antistress vitamin, is important in the production of the adrenal hormones and antibodies. This is required by all cells of the body and aids in vitamin utilization.
VITAMIN B12 (cyanocobalamin) – Necessary for proper digestion, protein synthesis, and cellular longevity. Necessary to prevent anemia, aids in cell formation, prevents nerve damage and supports normal growth. Many older folks have Vitamin B12 deficiency because of malabsorption.
BIOTIN – This is necessary for normal metabolism of fat and protein. It has been helpful to slow down the loss of hair and graying.
CALCIUM (carbonate) – Maintains strong bones and teeth. It keeps the heart beating regularly, metabolizes body iron, and is a natural sedative. It is essential for a healthy nervous system, blood clotting, and helps in the prevention of colon cancer.
MAGNESIUM (oxide) – It is important to enhance enzyme activity and for effective nerve and muscle function. Helps convert blood sugar to energy. Prevents depression and stress. A deficiency can cause irritability, high blood pressure, muscle weakness, dizziness and heart disease.
COPPER (chelate) – Essential to the formation of hemoglobin in red blood cells and bone. It is necessary for healthy nerves and energy production. Needed for healthy protein and enzyme formation.
IRON (citrate) – Essential in the formation of red blood cells, promotes disease resistance and improves skin tone. Iron deficiency causes hair loss, dizziness and anemia. Women lose twice as much iron as men.
MANGANESE (citrate) – For healthy nerve and immune system, improves blood sugar regulation. Necessary for healthy bones, fights fatigue, improves memory and reduces irritability. Helps lactation and produces enzymes needed to oxidize fats.
ZINC (chelate) – This mineral builds and supports the immune system. It is involved in protein synthesis, formation of insulin, helps normalize the prostate and helps restore smell and taste loss. Recommended for healing skin and acne. It accelerates healing and promotion of growth and mental alertness.
VITAMIN D (cholecalciferol) – It is also called the sunshine vitamin. It is acquired through sunlight. Vitamin D does not occur in most plants so you must use a supplement or catch the rays. Once you tan, Vitamin D cannot pass through the skin. It is necessary to have Vitamin D to utilize calcium and phosphorus.
