Using Canned Oxygen for Weight Loss

When it comes to weight loss, there are 2 main factors to consider: diet and exercise. Losing weight typically boils down to one simple rule: burn more calories than you eat, and you will lose weight - eat more calories than you burn, and you will gain weight.

Obviously, oxygen will not be able to help you in the diet department. However, it can definitely help you be able to exercise harder and for longer periods of time, which should result in more calories burned.

One of the main reasons people fail to reach their weight loss goals is that they are too out of shape to be able to work out long enough or hard enough to burn the calories needed to lose weight. Most overweight people are out of shape, so when they start on an exercise program, their heart and lungs are not able to keep up with the oxygen demands of their bodies while exercising. Thus, they get winded very quickly, get dizzy, get headaches, or even get nauseated in a very short period of time. And once these negative physiological reactions to exercise kick in, it is very easy for a person to simply QUIT.

Herein lies the value of recreational canned oxygen in your weight loss program. By supplying your body with shots of oxygen before or during exercise, your body will be able to exercise longer and harder without these negative reactions. The reason your heart beats faster and you breath harder during exercise is because your body is trying to get more oxygen to its tissues. And the reason you get dizzy, get headaches, or get nauseated is because your body is reacting to the fact that it is oxygen deprived. It's all about oxygen.

So if you are serious about losing weight through exercise, make sure you try recreational oxygen in a can. It could be the difference between success and failure!
